The Palamau Tiger Reserve is in Palamu District in Jharkhand and one of the nine original tiger reserves in India. Palamu Tiger Reserve is very rich in biodiversity and various wild life species.
Palamau Wildlife Sanctuary was initially created over a forest area of 979.97 Sq. Km.
