Kurukkuthurai Muarugan Temple
Lord Muruga temple here on the bank of the Tamiraparani river is beautifully carved out of a rock known as Thiruvuruvamalai. It is said that the same rock was used for carving the temple of Lord Muruga at Tiruchendur in 1653.
