It is nearly 2 kilometres away from the north of Kanyakumari Bagavathi Amman Temple from where one have a physical darshan of the holy feet of Mother goddess, surrounded by three seas. This hillock was called 'Savari Kothalam Parai' by the residents of kanyakumari District.
